How to Add an Additional Account – Registration Information Management

As a general rule, KOMOJU provides one account per website. If you wish to connect KOMOJU to a different site, you will need to add a new account.

The following steps guide users who already have a KOMOJU account and wish to create an additional account for a new online shop.

Log in to KOMOJU using your existing user credentials (email address and password).
As shown in the screenshot below, click on the account list in the top left corner of the screen. Click "Add Account" at the bottom of the list.
On the "Add Account" screen that appears, enter the account name and click "Create Account." Your test account has now been created.
If you wish to switch this account to Live mode, please submit a live application again.
