About the Application Procedure
Step 1: Create an Account
By creating a KOMOJU account, you can use KOMOJU in Test mode.
*If you already have an account, please log in. (Test mode will be displayed.)
Step 2: Go to KOMOJU Dashboard Click "Start Payments"
Clicking the "Start Payments" button displayed on the dashboard will open the application form for the commercial environment. Please fill in the required fields and submit the form.
Please complete all sections of the application form from pages 1 to 5.

If your email address has not been verified, the following screen will appear. After verification, click "Start Payments" again to display the application form.
Step 3: Screening Process
We will begin the screening process for your application details and your shop site.
We will keep you updated on the progress of the screening via email.
*We may contact you via email to verify details regarding your application.
Step 4: Completion of Screening
Upon completion of the screening, we will provide instructions regarding the contract.
The email will contain details on how to set up the service, so please review it carefully.

Before applying, please ensure that your services do not violate the KOMOJU Prohibited Matters (Acceptable Use Policy).
Additionally, your shop site is subject to screening. Please ensure the site is fully accessible when you apply.
