The KOMOJU application process, from submission to contract, is completed entirely online.
There is no need to submit physical documents by mail.
Documents to be Submitted During Application
Business Documents
- Individual Business Owners: Submission of a "Notification of Opening of Business" or "Tax Return Documents" is required at the time of application.
- Corporate Entities: No corporate documents are required at the time of application. *Note: Depending on the payment method, we may request additional documentation during the screening process.
Licenses and Permits
If a license or permit is required for the products or services you sell, please submit a copy.
Identity Verification Documents (Representative or Applicant)
Please submit one of the following valid identity verification documents:
- Passport
- Driver's License (Front, Back, and 45-degree angle image)
- Residence Card (Front, Back, and 45-degree angle image)
- My Number Card (Front and 45-degree angle image)
[Important] Regarding the 45-degree angle image
Please tilt the document toward the camera and submit an image where the thickness and edges of the document are clearly visible.
