Cases Requiring a New Application
If there is a change in the operating company or the name on the contract, you must submit a new application via a new account rather than simply updating your current registration information.
Examples:
- Switching from an individual business owner to a corporation (incorporation)
- Change of operator due to business transfer
- Company name change due to merger or acquisition (where the Corporate Number is different)
In the cases above, we cannot accept updates to your current information. Please follow the steps below to submit a new application.
How to Submit a New Application
Create a new account under the correct updated name and submit a Live application. You can also add an additional account within the same email address (user account) you currently use.

[Important: Regarding Entry During Re-application]
Please enter the following information in the "Remarks" section under "Site Information" in the application form.
Example: Re-application due to business transfer/incorporation from account "[Current Account Name]"
Important Notes
Regarding Account Switching
Once the screening for the new account is complete, please switch the connection from your current account to the new account at your convenience. The switch is considered complete once this operation is performed.
Please note that the current account will be sequentially deactivated once the final payout of sales proceeds has been completed.
There will be no downtime for KOMOJU payment services between the time of the new application and the deactivation of the current account.
Regarding Sales Proceeds (Payouts)
Sales proceeds will be transferred to the bank account registered for each specific account. We cannot consolidate the balance of the current account and transfer it directly to the new account's payout destination.
Regarding Transaction Status Syncing
If there are "Authorized" (but not yet captured) transactions in the current account, the status will not be synced to your platform even if you perform a "Capture" after switching accounts. Please keep this in mind beforehand.
